Math: In Saxon Mathconcepts from every math strand are woven together and connected throughout the year. Social Studies: The Little Thinkers curriculum is cross-referenced and aligned to the main topics of the social studies standards. The units of kindergarten social studies include responsible citizenship, families, long ago and today, holidays around the world, community economics, and geography.

Science: Our programs ensure an in-depth study of topics that help promote long-term learning and understanding of concepts. Lessons build upon one another with the understanding that different sciences are interrelated. For this reason, we are not a “pick and choose” science topics program but a complete science program that will help students have a broader understanding of science. The Rooted in Reading program is a comprehensive resource designed to boost reading comprehension, writing sentences, vocabulary, and grammar through rich, engaging read-alouds, and targeted practice.

It provides whole group, small group, or independent practice to guide students through meaningful weekly lessons built around high-quality read-alouds. The flexibilty and depth allows the program to differentiate well.
